No. It's one job: solving the problem.

The X-shaped person sees problems in 3D—connecting Product, Design, Tech, and Go-to-Market. AI doesn't replace them. It amplifies them.

This used to be a startup thing. Now it's going mainstream. If you feel like a threat everywhere you go—you're not broken. You're in structures built for specialists, and you see in 3D.
